Ashley is preparing for the Wine and Spirits Education Trust’s Level 4 Diploma exams and she will walk you through the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting they utilize.
For $15 dollars, sample 3 pours and learn how to blind taste them like a pro! Using the WEST guide, you will analyze the wine’s appearance, nose, palate, and conclusion.
